Hannah Day & Lindsay Crosby will lead you through an all levels Hatha Yoga class focusing on the expansive energy of the heart. ☀️ We will have live music to accompany your yoga class. This is your chance to get a group of friends together or come alone and meet an amazing supportive community. Fill up your heart with joy, strength and vitality on the longest day of the year! ** A portion of proceeds will help support Canadian charity Helen’s Acres (they grow food to donate in the Okanagan, in effort to combat food insecurity).
